RTP Açores is a Portuguese regional television channel operated in the Autonomous Region of the Azores by the national broadcaster, RTP (Rádio e Televisão de Portugal).
The channel began broadcasting programmes produced at its studios in Ponta Delgada on 10 August 1975.

The programs are intended to be alternative and aimed at a specific cable television audience, due to the lack of content on DTT . It is aimed at a demanding audience, having a young line of entertainment with a special focus on music, society and sports. Despite the fact that RTP is a Portuguese state company, the channel is not considered a public service television channel (but rather a channel of Public Interest), as well as RTP Memoria .
