KTHV is a full service television station in Little Rock, Arkansas, broadcasting on local digital VHF channel 12 and on virtual channel 11. Founded in 1955, it is owned by Gannett Company, Inc. KTHV is affiliated with CBS, airing CBS's primetime shows in the evening.

In the morning, the station airs CBS's morning news and information program, with spots for local news and weather; in the afternoon, it airs CBS's soap operas; in the early evening, it shows CBS's national news broadcast and local newscasts.

After primetime, it airs its own local newscasts, followed by CBS's late-night programming. KTHV also airs local sportsbroadcasts. KTHV's channel is multiplexed, with two subchannels. Channel 11.1 airs KTHV and CBS programs; 11.2 broadcasts THV2, a twenty-four hour news channel.
